Special: Get any copier, printer or fax machine cleaned for only *$45.00 *Allows up to 30 minutes Travel, Parts & Supplies additional. Payment due at the time of cleaning. Can NOT be used to troubleshoot ANY problems, clear jams, install parts or supplies.and unit must be in good working condition. May be limited by brand and warranty contracts.. Allow 7-10 business days for your visit. |

Rates: FIELD SERVICE CALL- Per minimum Hour / Per Unit Rate: $89.00 allows up to one hour at your location. SHOP SERVICE CALL- You drop it off with all trays, cords & pick it up once serviced or estimated. Rate: $79.00 allows up to one hour of shop time. TRAVEL RATE- Flat rate travel of $25.00 applies to ALL field service calls and also to a shop service call if Richter has to pick up or drop off machine. All work proudly comes with a time & copy amount warranty! |
