Welcome to our new site!

welcome-featured

Greetings all!

Richter’s is excited to announce that we have just launched a brand new, mobile responsive website. We’ve taken this opportunity to completely revamp our website, and we’re very happy with the new look. Now you can have an excellent experience on your smartphone or tablet as well as on your computer! Please note that all online ordering will still be done on our e-commerce site, order.richteronline.com.

One new feature of our website that we’re especially excited about is our new company blog. On this blog we’re going to highlight some key products and services, find ways to help you save money on your office and shredding needs, show you how to take full advantage of what Richter’s can offer you, and more! We’ll keep you in the loop on what’s going on in our industry and find ways to help your business.

Thanks for using Richter’s. Each and every one of our customers means something to us. While office supplies may not be the most important thing you deal with every day, we are proud to make this one small area of your life our area of expertise. Our owner, Al Richter, will often joke that office supplies are the “butt-end of everyone’s business.” But that’s precisely why we think we’re important to the success of your organization. When you’ve got 100 other things to worry about, you shouldn’t have to take a half hour out of your day to process a return. You shouldn’t have to worry about getting a delivery that has items backordered without even being told that the shipment would be incomplete. We take pride in doing business the right way. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated. We believe doing business is about trust, communication, being fair, and actually doing what we say we’re going to do. That’s our commitment to you.

Stay tuned for great updates and fun musings from the office products world. Here’s to a great year!
