About Us
Richter’s was founded in 1985 by owners Al and Kim Richter. They started from humble beginnings, operating out of their duplex in Souderton, PA. Originally a drafting and blueprinting company, Richter’s started an office supplies division to accommodate the needs of their growing customer base. Richter’s now operates from a 10,000 square foot facility right behind the house where it all began.
We still sell those hard-to-find drafting and engineering supplies nationwide, but we do so much more now than we did 30 years ago. We are the region’s largest stocking dealer of wide-format paper, and are the go-to local reseller of wide format printers. We sell over 20,000 office products with free, next-day delivery and free pick-up of returns. We create vivid, eye-catching promotional products and custom printing. We started a Mobile Shredding Division in 2007 and have recently acquired another shred truck. We just revamped our online ordering system, and implemented new software programs to streamline our operations.
Richter Total Office will continue to do what we do best – serve you. We will monitor industry trends to continue offering a product line that satisfies the needs and desires of our customers. We’ll keep finding ways to save you money not just on products, but by streamlining ordering processes as well. We also commit to having an excellent staff of customer service reps, drivers, salespersons, and managerial staff so that you have a team you can count on now and in the future.
